LINDEN &8212; The search for four suspects who allegedly committed a robbery on Ralph Abernathy Circle on July 31 came to a close this weekend when Linden Police arrested Willie Parker, Rodrecus Goodwill, Cornelius Lucy and another suspect, a female juvenile whose name was not released on Saturday.

Interim Police Chief Scott McClure said they are still working on all the details of the case, but they do have these suspects in custody.

Parker, Goodwill and Lucy were all charged with robbery in the first degree, while Goodwill and Lucy were also charged with attempted murder. LPD has filed a petition against the fourth suspect to try her as an adult in court.

McClure said the resident was lured away from his home and upon returning was confronted by the suspects, who fired shots. The victim sustained minor wounds but is in recovery, McClure said.
