Wally and Angela Bedwell announce the birth of their son, William Landon Bedwell. He was born on Aug. 15, 2007, at Bryan W. Whitfield Memorial Hospital in Demopolis, weighing 7 pounds and 1 ounce and measuring 19.5 inches in length.

He is the maternal grandson of William and Vivian Sheffield of Linden. He is the paternal grandson of Joe and Brenda Bedwell of York and the late Anna Bedwell.

His great-grandparents are the late Mr. and Mrs. James Lassiter of Thomasville, the late Mr. and Mrs. Horace Sheffield of Sunny South, the late Mr. and Mrs. Walter Young of Fiarford and the late Mr. and Mrs. Leroy Bedwell of Coffeeville.

He is welcomed home by his sisters, Savannah and McKayla.
