ARLINGTON &8212; Merle D. Ozment, 65, died Monday, Oct. 8, 2007, after an extended illness. Funeral services will be 11 a.m., Wednesday, Oct. 10, 2007, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Magnolia with Branch President William Newton officiating. Burial will follow in the adjoining cemetery with Kidd-Robbins Funeral directors of Demopolis directing.

Ozment was born in Nicholsville, a resident of Arlington for the past few months and a former resident of Kimbrough and Thomasville. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Magnolia/Arlington Community.

Ozment is survived by her husband of 28 years, Michael Arthur Ozment, of Arlington.

Pallbearers will be Mitchell Aitken, Darrell Joe Tyler, Daniel Bender, Frank Martin, James Martin and Thomas Hurst.
