Demopolis High School’s week has been rife with homecoming festivities.

The school held a pep rally yesterday evening, where cheerleaders you and old entertained the crowd, River City Blue, the school band performed, mascots danced and seniors in the band and on the cheerleading and football teams were recognized along with coaches.

The Demopolis Homecoming court, Haley Mitchell, Jermekus Sanders, Shanequa Aldridge, Brooke Bryant, Shantrece Braxton, Hillary Stapp, Amanda Howerton, Meaghan James and Brandi McGee, was presented at the rally. Brandi McGee was crowned queen.

the festivities continue today with the homecoming parade in downtown Demopolis and the homecoming game tonight against dallas County High School.
