GALLION &8212; Huey Anderson &8220;Andy&8221; Cassity, 47, of Gallion died Nov. 1, 2007, at DCH Regional Medical Center in Tuscaloosa. Funeral services are set for 3 p.m. on Sunday at Providence Baptist Church with the Rev. Fred Freeman and Dr. Bobby E. Hopper officiating. Burial was at Providence Baptist Church Cemetery in Gallion. O&8217;Bryan Chapel Funeral Home in Linden is directing.
His nephew, Jeremy Johnson, grandparents, Johnny and Carrie Bell Honeycutt and Connie and Alice Cassity, preceded him in death.
He is survived by his father, Huey Cassisty, of Gallion, his mother, Ted Honeycutt Cassity of Gallion, two sons, Joshua Cassity and Tim Cassity, both of Prattville, three sisters, Jackie Davis and husband, Danny, of Gallion, Cindy Hansard of Demopolis and Pam Gibbs and husband, Wayne, of Linden; one brother, Danny Cassity and wife, Terri, of Ft. Walton Beach, Fla; four nephews; four nieces and one aunt.
Active pallbearers were J.R. Suttles, Tome Fells, Dale Tanner, David Tanner, Brad Moseley and Paul Morris
Honorary pallbearers were Members of the Biker Clubs, employees of Suttles Trucking, Dr. Charles Gross, Dr. Paul Ketcham, staff of DCH Regional Hospital, Emergency Room staff of Bryan Whitfield Memorial Hospital.
