TUSCALOOSA &045; Luther Stewart Averett, 91, died Dec. 13, 2007, at DCH Regional Medical Center in Tuscaloosa. Funeral services are set for 11 a.m. Saturday at Mount Hermon United Methodist Church. Interment will follow in the church cemetery; the family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Memorials may be made to the Mount Hermon United Methodist Church Cemetery Fund.
