GREENSBORO &8212; O.V. Prisoc, of Greensboro, died Jan. 21, 2008, at his residence. Graveside service is set for 2 p.m. today in Rhodes Chapel Baptist Cemetery. The Revs. Alvis Taylor and Robert Shirley will be officiating. Burial will be at the Rhodes Chapel Cemetery where Kirk Funeral Homes Greensboro Chapel will be directing. The family will receive friends at the church from 1 until 2 p.m.

He is survived by two daughters, Catherine Stokes and husband, John, of Greensboro, and Betty Hoggle and husband, Paul, of Greensboro; three grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. The pallbearers are Evan Kynard, J.W. Kynard, Michael Carter, Michael Cochran, Phil Harper, John Michael Cochran, Alan Hoggle and Michael Kynard. Honorary pallbearers are Dr. Nancy O&8217;Neal, staff of Hale County Hospital, DCH 5th floor north and Hale County EMS.
