LINDEN &8212; Virginia Morgan Vick, 83, of Linden, formerly of Selma, died Friday, April 18, 2008, in a Birmingham hospital. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Monday in the chapel of Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home officiated by the Rev. Sonny Pritchett. Interment will follow in New Live Oak Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1 until 2 p.m., Monday before the funeral service.

One son, Rodney Wayne King, and one grandson, Mike King, preceded her in death.

Vick is survived by her husband, George Willard Vick; children, Leola Frances Lunsford and husband, Johnnie Pery, Jimmie L. King and wife, Deborah, Billy Frank King and wife, Frances Ann, step-children, Bill Vick and wife, Sharon, and Linda Erwin and husband, Mark, 9 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren.

Serving, as pallbearers will be Jr. Odom, Brent King, Johns Lunsford, Wade Mott, John Mott and John Clibrey.
