Visiting the gravesites of loved ones already gone

Sadie Merle Whitcomb visited her daughter, Sue and Waldon Tucker in Fayette, Oct. 3 through the 11. She visited her grandchildren, Lance and Amy Tucker, Walt and Kyndal Tucker, Luke and Lori Tucker also.
Brooks and Terry Davis of Mobile spent Friday through Sunday with his parents, Adophy and Sandra Davis.
Jimmy and Peggy Bazzell of Millhrook came to get their aunt, Trula Vee Quinney, Tuesday, Oct. 7th, for a visit. They visited Jimmy’s mother and Trula Vee’s sister, Ilean D. Priee’s grave in Montgomery and Hank William’s gravesite and monument and other paints of interest. Jimmy and Peggy and Trula Vee joined these other family members, Saturday, Oct. 18 at their mother, Ilean Price’s home on Lake Martin, Donald and Robbie Bozzell of South Part, Fl., Steve and Shirley Bozzell and Vickie Mims of Montgomery, Jim and Melissa Bozzell, Morgan and Nicole of Deatsville, and Cliff and Vanessa Ross and Brianna of Prattville. Jimmy and Peggy and Trula Vee enjoyed attending workship services at Hunter Station Baptist Church, Montgomery, morning and night. Jimmy brought his aunt home Monday after an enjoyable visit with them.
Martha Barton and her sister, Billie Ingram enjoyed an outing in Meridian, MS., Tuesday, Oct 7.
Ness Smith, son of the Hale and Lynn Smith celebrated his 4 birthday with a “Big Slide” Party at his home, Saturday, Oct. 11, 2 p.m. The large member of guests enjoyed cake, ice cream, chips and dips and soft drinks. Happy Birthday Ness!
Kay Courtney of Gallion has returned from a two week visit to Yakima, WA with her mother, Betty Walsh; sisters, Joyce Hackenmiller and Dot Roy, and brother, Jim Wingenbach and family. Key’s niece, Anna Hackenmiller, drove her from the Seattle airport to Yakima, across the Snoqualmie pass of the Cascade Mountains. While there and Caroline stayed from Sept. 25 to Sept 30. Caroline is named for her great-grandmother, Caroline Betty Walsh and this was their first meeting. They enjoyed the Yakima Sunfair parade and lots of fresh fruit from the Yakima Valley, apples especially, which are now being harvested.
Before leaving from the Seattle airport, Kay and her sister, Dot, visited with Jamie and Kayte Roy and Connor of Bothell, WA.
