This afternoon, Demopolis Police Chief Tim Williams put a call out for anyone with information pertaining to Thursday night’s double homicide in Demopolis to call the department’s tip line at 334-289-1475.

“All calls and information received through the tip line are anonymous and confidential,” said Williams.

Henry Green, 22, of Demopolis and Ron Elmore, 35, of Demopolis were shot in front of 722 E. Decatur Street in Demopolis around 5 p.m. Thursday night.

“We do not have any suspects yet and have not made any arrests. Everything is still under investigation,” said Williams. “We need information from anyone who would know anything about this case.”
