A holiday feast for the ages

This is the time of year that I just love to cook.
I love to try new things and see how they work. I get all sorts of different magazines and find myself curious about all sorts of flavors.
I shop for all my wines at Grayson’s Vine and Hoof. What an absolutely fabulous store! Susan and the girls always recommend such good wines that compliment anything I’m serving at my dinner parties.
Anyone that knows me knows I’m a magazine freak.
They have this wonderful free wine magazine they give out called “Simply Wine.”
I was looking through it the other day and they had some fabulous recipes in there.
I also browse “Food & Wine Magazine” a good bit, looking for different twists on your average recipes.
But this little magazine is just wonderful. It’s awesome to if your wanting to learn a lot about wines.
I don’t really have the knowledge I wish I had about different flavors of wine, but Susan has always helps me out.
I love a nice glass of wine with dinner, like most people I get set on a specific type. That doesn’t always compliment the meal I am preparing.
I have found it quite handy to have this little magazine available for a little extra know-how.
I have chosen a few recipes that I think would be a nice treat to your Thanksgiving Feast this year.
They are pretty simple to make and are absolutely fabulous!
Most of them come out of the last “Simply Wine” that I was able to get my hands on.
If you would like a nice bottle of wine to accompany your meal this year, give Susan and the girls a call.
I’m sure she could recommend something!
