Elnora Samuels of Akron, Ohio, formerly of Demopolis, passed on Tuesday, April 21, 2010, in Akron, Ohio. Funeral services are tentatively scheduled for Saturday, May 1, at Small Memorial AME Zion Church in Jefferson. Interment will follow in Small Memorial Cemetery in Jefferson. The body will lie in state one hour prior to the service. A public viewing will be held on Friday from 1 to 6 p.m. at the funeral home. Larkin and Scott Funeral Directors of Demopolis is directing the services.
