Mr. Richard Norman, age 76 of Forkland, Alabama passed April 8, 2011 at D.C.H. Regional Medical Center, Tuscaloosa, Alabama.

Funeral Services were held Saturday, April 16, 2011 at 1 p.m. at the Lloyd Chapel Baptist Church, Forkland, Alabama. Pastor Claborn May officiated.

Interment followed in the adjoining cemetery.

Survivors include his children, one very devoted daughter, Willie (Thomas) Smith of Forkland,AL, Richard Norman, Jr., of Brunswick, GA, David (Darnetta) Norman of Chattanooga, TN, Cathy (Johnny) Haines of Saraland, AL, and James McKinney of Detroit, MI; ten grandchildren, two great grandchildren; one sister,Malinda Hill; one brother, Joe Louis Norman, both of New York, NY; sister-in-law, Gertrude Scott of Demopolis, AL and brother-in-law, Claudell Davis of Forkland, AL; a host of nieces,nephews,cousins relatives and friends.
