The Demopolis Police Department apprehended a Linden man in connection with a burglary at a local business.

Terry Wayne Sims, 44, of Linden, was arrested and charged with Burglary III after allegedly breaking into Lane Tire August 1.

Burglary in the third degree is a Class C felony and is punishable with not more than 10 years in prison or less than one year and one day.
