Deacon Hobeart Braxton, Jr., age 85 of Demopolis, Alabama, the beloved husband of Mrs. Georgiana Braxton of  Demopolis, passed Sept. 26 at his residence.

Funeral Services will be held Thursday, Oct. 6 at 1 p.m. at the Eastern Star Baptist Church, Demopolis.

Rev. Terry Gosa will officiate.  Interment will follow in Memorial Cemetery, Demopolis.  Public viewing will be held Wednesday from 1-6 p.m. at the funeral home. No viewing will be held at the church on Thursday. Larkin & Scott Funeral Directors of Demopolis, Alabama entrusted with arrangements.
