William Raymond Vice, 83, of Demopolis died Dec. 10 at Chandler Nursing Home in Alabaster. Born Oct. 12, 1928 in Selma to the late William Vincent and Artie Massey Vice, he is preceded in death by his parents, his first wife Dorothy Sutton Vice and his son, William Vincent Vice.

He is survived by his wife, Martha Glass Vice of Demopolis, son Raymond Lee (Janet) Vice of Alabaster, brothers John Edward Vice of Douglasville, Ga., Frank H. Vice of Albuquerque, N.M., Arthur Carl Vice of Valley and Thomas A. Vice of Demopolis, four grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, Dec. 14 at 2 p.m. at Kirk Funeral Homes Demopolis Chapel with Richard Scott and Donald Cannon officiating and Kirk Funeral Homes Demopolis Chapel directing.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12:30 to 1:45 p.m. Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery.
