Stephen Duane Davis, 57, of Gallion died Jan. 16 at his home. Born Oct. 14, 1954 in New Orleans, La. to the late Henry B. and Mary Winters Davis, he was preceded in death by his parents and his sisters, Adrianne Buckalew.

He is survived by his wife, Jeannie Davis of Gallion and son, Stephen Duane Davis II of Huntsville.

Funeral services are scheduled for Wednesday, Jan. 18 at 10 a.m. at St. Leo’s Catholic Church in Demopolis with Father Larry Schinnick officiating and Kirk Funeral Homes Demopolis Chapel directing.

Rosary was at the church Tuesday night, Jan. 17 at 6 p.m. Burial will follow after the service Wednesday at Riverside Cemetery.

Active Pallbearers include John W. Morrison, William W. Allgood, Christen D. Allgood, David Shane Allgood, William Seth Allgood and Joe C. Harmon III.

Honorary Pallbearers include Friends at Cemex, Southern Care Hospice, especially his nurses, Angela Stokes, R.N., and the Fitz-Gerald Clinic Family Practice.
