Mrs. Jane Henley, 84, of the Tishabee Community in Boligee died July 18 at the Speciality Hospital in Meridian, Miss.

She is survived by her children, Ida M. Henley, Dorothy (Nathan) Washington of Boligee, Celestine (Leslie) Johnson of Clairton, Pa., Cleroy Henley, Joe (Diane) Henley, both of Birmingham; one uncle, Tom Henley of Boligee; one aunt, Marie Washington of Detroit, Mich.; 14 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren, two very special grandsons whom she reared, David Henley and Robert Henley; 1 great great-granddaughter; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 28 at 1:30 p.m. at the Christian Valley Baptist Church in Boligee. Elder Carlos Thurman will officiate. Interment will follow in Taylor Place Cemetery. Public viewing will be held Friday, July 27 from 1-6 p.m. at the funeral home. The funeral procession will leave the family residence, 321 Washington Road in Forkland at 1:20 p.m.
