Graveside services for Addie Lou Pate, 95, will be held Friday, Sept. 14 at 11 a.m. at Aliceville Memorial Gardens in Aliceville with the Rev. Charlie Wilson officiating and Kirk Funeral Home Demopolis Chapel directing.

Pate, of Linden, was formerly of Aliceville and was born Jan. 17, 1917. Pate died on Sept. 11 at Marengo Nursing Home in Linden. Pate is preceded in death by husband Floyd S. Pate and brother Edward Pate. Pate has a sister, Dessie Wilson of Demopolis. She is survived by her two daughters Barbara Akins of Linden and Carol Pfeiffer of Florida. She has eight grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Aliceville Baptist Church Building Fund.
