The main cast for the Christmas on the River children’s production of “Jingle Bells, Batman Smells” has been announced.

The cast members include:

•Larson Jackson as Junie B. Jones

•Josie Holman as Mae

•Mary Kate McPherson as Lucille

•Jim Lindsay as Sheldon

•Christopher Hoven as Herb

•Brian Tripp as Jose

•Tyler Ward as Mr. Scary

•Matt Dollar as Mr. Toot

•Nicholas Manning as Grandpa

•Katelyn Beshears as Elf Ellen

•Daniel Gunn as the voice of the Elephant

Other children who auditioned will be contacted for various roles that are not on stage, according to the Canebrake Players’ Facebook page.

Show times will be Saturday, Dec. 1 at 2 p.m.; Monday, Dec. 3 at 7 p.m.; Friday, Dec. 7 at 7 p.m.; Saturday, Dec. 8 at 7 p.m.; and Sunday, Dec. 9 at 2 p.m.
