The following are incident reports from the Demopolis Police Department for the period ending Sept. 23

• On Friday, Sept. 21 police responded to a report of third-degree theft of property. Flowers were taken from a graveyard on Highway 43 South.

• On Sunday, Sept. 23 police responded to a report of criminal mischief, damage to private property. A silver 2006 Acura SIL was damaged at Walmart.

• On Sunday, Sept. 23 police responded to a report of burglary of a residence without force. A laptop and portable DVD player were taken from a residence on South Cherry Avenue.
