The following are incident reports from the Demopolis Police Department for the period ending Oct. 22:

•On Friday, Oct. 19 police responded to a report of domestic violence III and criminal mischief-damage to property where the door was damaged at Hwy 43 S Crossgates.

•On Friday, Oct. 19 police responded to a report of harassment-intimidation on First Avenue.

•On Saturday, Oct. 20 police responded to a report of assault III near Hwy 80 West.

•On Sunday, Oct. 21 police responded to a report of criminal mischief-damage to private property near U.S. Hwy 43 South Apt. 29.

•On Sunday, Oct. 21 police responded to a report of child custody on East Jefferson Street.

•On Monday, Oct. 22 police responded to a report of fraudulent use of a credit card involving a Mastercard ending in 7164 on the Internet.

•On Monday, Oct. 22 police responded to a report of theft-miscellaneous involving a Dewalt Grinder and Makita Rechargeable Drill.
