Lela Nix of Coatopa entered into eternal rest recently at the DCH Regional Medical Center in Tuscaloosa.

Homegoing services celebrating the life of Lela Russell-Nix will be held Saturday, Nov. 10 at 1 p.m. at the Bethel-Pine Baptist Church in Coatopa, the Rev. Floyd O. Bell, pastor. The Rev. Willie Ivory will officiate. Interment will follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery in Coatopa.

Family hour and visitation will be held Friday evening from 6-8 p.m. at the Oak Grove Baptist Church in Coatopa. The remains will repose at the church on Saturday beginning at noon.
