The following are incident reports from the Demopolis Police Department for the period ending Jan. 7:

•On Friday, Jan. 4 police responded to a report of third degree assault at Taco Bell.

•On Saturday, Jan. 5 police responded to a report of third degree theft of property resulting in a cellphone being taken at Taco Bell.

•On Saturday, Jan. 5 police responded to a report of third degree assault on Manson Drive.

•On Saturday, Jan. 5 police responded to a report of second degree theft of property resulting in purses, handbags, wallets, portable electronic communications (Iphone 4S), credit/debit cards, money and cash taken from New Orleans Bar and Grill.

•On Sunday, Jan. 6 police responded to a report of second degree domestic violence, criminal mischief and damage to private property on West Jackson.

•On Monday, Jan. 7 police responded to a report of an accident where items damaged were a gas lamp post and a mailbox on Phillips Drive.
