The Canebrake Players are holding auditions for their spring production, Greater Tuna, on Sunday, Jan. 27 at 2 p.m. and Monday, Jan. 28 at 6 p.m. This production will be an all male cast.

Greater Tuna is a tall Texas tale of a day in Tuna, the fictional third-smallest town in Texas “where the Lions Club is too liberal and Patsy Cline never dies.” The play paints a humorous portrait of life in the rural South.

In addition to the male cast members, the Canebrake Players are also looking for people interested in crew, sound, lighting and costumers. They are also looking for an old formica table with the aluminum rim around the sides.
