Cemex helped Demopolis High School’s soccer program with a goal they had for this season: new goals.

The soccer team was in need of new goals for its practice field and asked Cemex if they could help.

The company ended up making the goals themselves.

“The soccer booster club contacted them because they’re good about helping different clubs at the high school,” volunteer parent Kelley Tarpley said. “They decided to build the goals for us, and it took them one day for each of the two goals.”

Tarpley added that the goals will give the team regulation-size goals to practice with this year.
