Nettie Elizabeth Hopper Foy passed away on Tuesday, Feb. 12 in York.

She was born Sept. 28, 1938, in Porterville, Miss.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Sammy Harold Foy; and her parents, James Roy and Mary Elvis Hopper.

She is survived by her children, Tandy Roy Foy, Michael Shea (Kim) Foy and Tandra Foy (Norman) Masters; step-children, Sammy Foy and Denise (Waylon) Temple; brother, Bruce Lamar (Rose) Hopper; grandchildren, Samuel Vincent, Michael Trent Mathis, Megan Elizabeth Masters and Matthew Tyler Dean; and step-grandchildren, Parker and Tyler Temple, and Jennifer Hester.

Funeral services were held Friday, Feb. 15 at 2 p.m. at Briggs Chapel Cemetery with the Rev. Nick Holden officiating. Burial followed in Briggs Chapel Cemetery in Porterville, Miss.

Pallbearers were Vincent Masters, Trent Mathis, Tyler Dean and Chuck Mathis.
