Oxford HealthCare held their ribbon-cutting ceremony Thursday morning at their office on Bailey Drive to commemorate their buy-out of Helping Hands of Alabama, which was made official in June 2011.

Oxford recently joined the Demopolis Area Chamber of Commerce, and the ceremony was held in conjunction with that.
