The Demopolis High School soccer team (7-5-1) blasted Hillcrest on Wednesday night, 7-3.

The Tigers were led by Austin Brooks, who scored three goals on the Patriots. Tyler Overstreet, Oscar Valdivia, Christian Corbitt and Adam Brooker all added one goal as well.

The three goals scored by Hillcrest were on the Demopolis JV squad.

The Tigers have already clinched their area, going 4-0, defeating Paul Bryant and Central High School in each meeting. Demopolis will host their first playoff game in program history this season.

The Tigers are trying for their fifth consecutive winning season.
