The Demopolis Police Department, along with the Drug Enforcement Administration, will collect un-needed prescription medications in an effort to remove and keep these drugs off the streets.

The National Prescription Drug Take Back will be held in the Vowell’s parking lot Saturday, April 27 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

If you have old prescription medications that you would like to dispose of, you can take them to the Demopolis Police Department’s Mobile Command Post at Vowell’s, no questions asked.
