The following are the arrest reports for the Demopolis Police Department for the period ending Aug. 6:

Derrick R. Carter, 28, was arrested Wednesday, July 31 for second-degree possession of a forged instrument at the Hale County jail.

Kenneth E. Spears, 43, was arrested Thursday, Aug. 1 for appearing in public under the influence at Boundary Street.

Rondie D. James, 46, was arrested Friday, Aug. 2 for contempt of court-failing to appear at Front Row.

Jimmy P. Easterling, 39, was arrested Friday, Aug. 2 for second-degree possession of marijuana at Maria Avenue.

Michael D. Spann, 23, was arrested Saturday, Aug. 3 for DUI and possession of marijuana at Highway 80 East.

Kim L. Lauderdale, 48, was arrested Sunday, Aug. 4 for contempt of court-failing to appear at North Cherry Avenue.

Leonard W. Perkins, 61, was arrested Sunday, Aug. 4 for DUI at Pettus Street.

Rodriquez K. Clayton, 21, was arrested Monday, Aug. 5 for reckless endangerment, second-degree assault and discharging a firearm in the city at Tuscaloosa County jail.

Cintrell D. Scott, 19, was arrested Monday, Aug. 5 for second-degree theft of property at DPD.
