The following are the arrest reports for the Demopolis Police Department for the period ending Aug. 20:

•Freddie J. Witherspoon, 52, was arrested Friday, Aug. 16 for third-degree theft of property and resisting arrest at Dollar General.

•Laquisha M. Robinson, 37, was arrested Friday, Aug. 16 for third-degree theft of property at Dollar General.

•Willie J. Collins, 39, was arrested Friday, Aug. 16 for failure to appear at DPD.

•Sara J. Davis, 23, was arrested Friday, Aug. 16 for DUI at Rembert and Main Avenue.

•Joe E. Harris, 54, was arrested Friday, Aug. 16 for third-degree criminal trespassing at DPD.

•Charles B. Doby, 39, was arrested Friday, Aug. 16 for two counts of alias writ of arrest at Highway 80 and Lake Lane.

•Kenneth Spears, 44, was arrested Saturday, Aug. 17 for appearing in public under the influence and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia at East Jefferson Street.

•George Gracie, 24, was arrested Sunday, Aug. 18 for entering and remaining in/on the premises at East Pettus Street.

•Travis D. Rowser, 36, was arrested Monday, Aug. 19 for possession of a controlled substance at the Hardee’s parking lot.

•Rosie L. Hill, 67, was arrested Monday, Aug. 19 for two counts of negotiating with a worthless instrument at DPD.
