The following are the incident reports for the Linden Police Department for the period ending Jan. 6:

On Tuesday, Dec. 31, police responded to a report of third-degree assault at Court Street.

On Wednesday, Jan. 1, police responded to a report of a missing child at Martin Luther King Drive. The child has been safely located.

On Saturday, Jan. 4, police responded to a report of third-degree criminal mischief at Tolbert Street.

On Saturday, Jan. 4, police responded to a report of third-degree burglary at Jones Street.

On Monday, Jan. 6, police responded to a report of third-degree burglary at Caroline Street.
