The following are the arrest reports for the Demopolis Police Department for the period ending April 8:

Angela M. Smith, 47, was arrested Friday, April 4 for third-degree theft of property at Walmart.

Patricia A. Gracey, 54, was arrested Saturday, April 5 for DUI at Parr’s Chevron.

Van Brown Jr., 56, was arrested Saturday, April 5 at appearing in a public place under the influence and resisting arrest at Red Carpet Inn.

Richard W. Robinson, 27, was arrested Sunday, April 6 for public intoxication in the McDonald’s parking lot.

Andrew Winters, 46, was arrested Sunday, April 6 for third-degree assault at DPD.

Benny Kinsler, 45, was arrested Monday, April 7 for three counts of third-degree burglary at DPD.

Vadesha L. James, 22, was arrested Monday, April 7 for harassment at DPD.

Kimberly D. McNider, 33, was arrested Monday, April 7 for DUI at Riverview Inn parking lot.
