Jeffrey Scott Fluker, 49, of Uniontown, died Tuesday, June 3.

He was born June 16, 1964, in Demopolis to David Fluker Jr., and Clodean Latham Fluker. He worked as a registered nurse.

He is survived by his parents, David Fluker Jr., and Clodean Latham Fluker; daughter, Emma Kate Fluker of Ellisville, Miss.; sister, Dianne Hannah of Eufaula; and brother, Ken Fluker of Webb.

Services will be held Friday, June 6 at 11 a.m. at Kirk Funeral Homes Demopolis Chapel with the Rev. John MacLaren officiating. Visitation will be held from 10-11 a.m. Friday. Burial will follow at Demopolis Memorial Gardens.

Pallbearers will be Rodney Buroker, Jeff Jowers, Paul Willingham, John Wilkerson Jr., Dennis Pigg and Willie Basil.
