Clarence (Billy) Plummer, 65, of Sprott, died Sunday, June 22 at DCH Regional Medical Center.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. On Wednesday, June 25 at Kirk Funeral Homes Marion Chapel. Burial will follow in Mt. Carmel Methodist Church Cemetery with Kirk Funeral Homes Marion Chapel directing. Visitation was held Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

He was born Sept. 17, 1948, in Perry County to the late Clarence William and Mary Francis Martin Plummer.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence William and Mary Francis Martin Plummer; and wife, Naomi Plummer.

He is survived by his sons, Barry (Ashley) Plummer and Eddie (Tammy) Holbrook; and grandchildren, Madilynn Ann Plummer, Margaret Claire Plummer, Marie Cassidy Plummer, Haley Holbrook and Hanna Holbrook.

Pallbearers will be Jim Smith, Luke Smith, Brian Hale, Mike Hale, Tommy Martin, Nick Nichols, Steve Taylor and Frank Mitchell.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made Cleveland Mills Church or Mt. Olive Baptist Church.
