Eleanor Beck Etheridge, 84, of Myrtlewood, passed away Sunday, Nov. 16 at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center.

She was born April 19, 1930, in Half Acre. She was a retired LPN at Marengo County Nursing Home and was a member of the Myrtlewood Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband, William Kelly Etheridge Sr. of Myrtlewood; two daughters, Angie Barr of Half Acre and Margaret Thurber of Myrtlewood; three sons, Kelly Etheridge Jr. of Linden, Tim Etheridge of Myrtlewood and Greg Etheridge of Myrtlewood; sister, Nell Rose Beverly of Charlotte, N.C.; brother, Homer Beck of Baton Rouge, La.; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Graveside funeral services were held at Myrtlewood Cemetery on Tuesday, Nov. 18, at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Steve Walley officiating.
