Sandra Phillips Couch, 59, passed away Sunday, Feb. 1, at her residence.

She was born Dec. 31, 1955, in Demopolis to Edward B. and Earleane Phillips.

She was preceded by her mother, Earleane Phillips.

She is survived by her daughters, Rachael (John) Halkais of Demopolis and Beth (Tim) Adkins of Meridian, Miss.; father, Edward B. Phillips of Demopolis; sister, Lynn (Dean) Agee of Monroeville; brothers, Larry (Linda) Phillips of Demopolis and Mack (Betty) Phillips of Meridian; and seven grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held 11 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 5, at Providence Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Don Smith officiating and Kirk Funeral Homes Demopolis Chapel directing.
