Charlie Hardwick, better known to family and friends as “Sugarman,” age 85 of Forkland, entered into eternal rest Monday, March 2, at Sumter Health and Rehabilitation Center in York.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 14, at 11 a.m. at Larkin and Scott Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Michael Barton officiating. Interment will follow in Demopolis Memorial Gardens. Public viewing will be held Friday, March 13, from 1-5 p.m. at the funeral home.
