Hale County Library plans Pop-Up Museum

The Hale County Public Library will host a Pop-Up Musuem on Oct. 12, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., featuring collections of items representing history and culture in the community and the wider world. These collections come from individuals in Greensboro.
The annual event will include approximately a dozen collections, including Adelaide Cherry’s pipe collection that was featured last year, barn art, antique Easter eggs, painted and carved gourds, teacups, lapdesks and diary entries, antique phones, western attire, and more. The Safe House Museum will also provide an exhibit this year.
There is no entry fee. The library is located at 1103 Main Street in Greensboro.
