Two Rivers Surgical, Roberts provides surgeries in Demopolis

Whether in a bad accident, been diagnosed with cancer, have a stomach problem, or an issue with your vascular system — all these conditions may require surgery.

Maybe, you and your family are considering traveling out of town. The process of deciding where to seek care can be overwhelming.

Operating Room nurses include, from left, from left, (front) Clarmetrice Ruffin, Laura Beth Glass; (back) Trish Langley, Blair Price Hoggle, Audrey Burrell, Anna Katherine Smith Freeman, and Sophia Ward.

Dr. Keith Roberts is a board certified experienced surgeon who performs operations in Demopolis. He uses minimally invasive techniques as determined by a doctor, and follows up post operatively to address questions and provide recovery instructions as you heal.

Don’t be misled by the term “general.” Bryan Whitfield’s emergency room nurses say that the surgeries Robert’s performs are anything but general.

“We are blessed to have him. He has performed life-saving surgery here,” said Genelle Ward, RN, ER Director.

General surgery also includes, some of the more common surgical procedures such as:  appendectomies, laparoscopic gallbladder removal and gastrointestinal surgeries.

Roberts is highly trained and practices lifelong learning to stay ahead of the curve.

“I just came back from a weekend of classes, I am always looking for new techniques and technology because I care about my patients and community,” Roberts said.

“He is a wonderful, caring surgeon and has kept me from traveling to a doctor in Tuscaloosa many time.  I highly recommend you try him. You will be very pleased with his personnel that works for him,” said patient Carolyn Webb.

Another patient, Leo Baker, said, “He is a great physician and is great at his job.”
