Tessa Jane Gresham passed from this life into the immediate presence of the Lord on December 31, 2019, shortly after her birth at UAB Hospital in Birmingham, AL. She was preceded in death by her maternal great-grandparents Marion Palmore and Duane and Lucy Hagen and paternal great-grandparents Paul and Avenell Gresham and Burgess and Jewell Murphy.
She is survived by her parents, Tyler and Jenna Gresham (Gallion); grandparents, Doug and Janet Gresham (Selma) and John and Laura Palmore (Dothan); great-grandmother, Gail Palmore (Chelsea); brother, John Gresham; sister, Avenell Gresham; uncles, Justin (Emily) Palmore (Vestavia Hills), Jacob Gresham (Ft. Lauderdale, FL), and Clint Gresham (Selma); cousins, Will, Bentley, and Whitten Palmore.
Visitation will be held at Fairhaven Baptist Church in Demopolis, AL, on Saturday January 4 at 1 PM. Her funeral service will follow at 2 PM at Fairhaven. Her father, Tyler Gresham, will officiate the service along with the Rev. Scott Stevens. Tessa will be interred at St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church in Gallion, AL, immediately following her funeral in a private graveside service. Kirk Funeral Homes Demopolis Chapel directing.
Pallbearers will be Cole Basinger, Remington Keen, Daniel Lawrence, and Justin Palmore.
