Graduation was held with social distancing guidelines in mind.

Shatarius Williams was presented the Tommy Brooker Award. The award is presented annually to a male athlete who “displays honor and dignity to himself, his school and his community.”
Bria Lasandra Brown was presented the James I. Bell Award. The award is presented annually to a female athlete who “displays honor and dignity to himself, his school and his community.”
Recipients of the annual I Dare You Award, which includes the Trey Jones Scholarship, were Savannah Williams and Andrew Thornton.

After having not been together as a group since mid-March, the Demopolis High School Class of 2020 gathered one last time Friday, June 26, for a belated graduation ceremony at Tiger Stadium. Along with the presentation of diplomas and other awards, the Class of 2020 donated funds to DHS for the purpose of renaming the history hall for teacher Joseph Browder who passed away June 4.
