Teachers at Demopolis City Schools were surprised this week with the announcement of Spring Grants. A total of $24,716.01 was awarded to Westside Elementary, US Jones Elementary, and Demopolis High School.
“Presenting grant awards is the best part of my year. At U.S. Jones this week, the gym erupted in cheers and applause from the students upon hearing they were going to receive a GaGa Ball Pit. A teacher at DHS teared up upon presenting her grant award. These moments are some of the highlights in my career as the Executive Director of DCSF.”- Ashley Coplin
