On Friday, September 29, 2023, WestRock will be hosting the WestRock Charity Golf Tournament. They would like everyone to join in the festivities as a sponsor, team, or both!

The event will be a 4-man scramble format at the Demopolis Country Club. The golf tournament will begin at 9:00 a.m. with a shotgun start. Breakfast and lunch will be provided.

The cost of the event will be $500 per team. Included in your registration for each player are entries into the three competitions (Closest to the Pin, Longest Drive, and Hole in One Challenge) and one each of our add-ons (Cup Shot, Mulligan, and Throw). Additional add-ons can be purchased up to and during the event for $20 each.

WestRock is also inviting all vendors to participate in its sponsorship opportunities:

• Hole Sponsor – $500
• Door Prize – Donation of prizes to be distributed at the closing ceremony
• Longest Drive Contest – Minimum of $300 value driver to be donated
• Closest to Pin Contest – Minimum of $300 value putter to be donated
• Hydration Stations – Minimum of 100qt cooler to be donated

Below, you will find the registration form for the 4-man teams. As you complete the form, please remember to include the names of all your teammates and if your team will need zero, one, or two golf carts. We strongly encourage use of your own cart if possible due to limited availability of rentals. Rental golf carts will cost an additional $400 each due at registration. Please complete your form as soon as possible as registration forms will only be taken from the first 36 paid teams.
