Oct. 5

• Walter M. Albritton, 43, arrested on Pinhook Road for attempting to elude police officer, criminal mischief (damage to property), and non-residence force

• Elvert L. Wilson, 30, arrested at DPD for Alias Writ of Arrest (stalking second degree)

Oct. 8

• Sherman L. Wilson, 36, arrested in Raceway Parking lot for possession of marijuana
• Almonte L. Lewis, 18, arrested at City Landing Parking lot for discharging firearm into occupied dwelling
• Fannie M. Green, 38, arrested at Homeplace Suites for Domestic Violence Third Degree (assault)

• Earnest R. Winters, 36, arrested on US Hwy 80 (Walmart) for Use or Possession with Intent to Use Drug Paraphernalia, Contempt of/Interrupting Court Proceeding
• Brandon D. Snyder, 27, two counts of sale of stolen property, two counts of criminal trespassing third degree, and possession of marijuana third degree
