The older I get the more I realize this statement is true, “God is always on time.”

The last few weeks have been challenging in the lives of our local churches. Like everything else in life, things happen and you have to be able to adjust, but in doing so you realize you cannot do it on your own. You search for answers and the answers don’t come and you begin to lose faith and wonder why.

There is one thing that is consistent in life and that is this: God is always on time. It’s true! I have seen this firsthand.

In the last few weeks, God has moved in our community and our churches by taking care of us even when we don’t understand the things that are happening around us. God is in those moments no matter where you or I may be. God is in the storms of life and knows the challenges we face daily.

God is the silent listener in those hospital rooms, sitting there by your side in those lonely moments, seeing all our heartbreaks and failures. God’s answers will come at just the right moment. No matter the situation or hardship you may be facing, God knows exactly what you will need and when you will need it.

It’s easy to get discouraged and feel abandoned by life and think no one cares and knows your pain. The truth of the matter is God knows and He cares.

We all have moments where life can pull us down with all its worries and disappointments. But God’s way of dealing with us is as gentle as a father’s touch. He can move mountains and open doors that no one can shut. It will happen when you least expect it. That is God’s grace being poured out on you.

When life has pushed you to your limits and you feel like you can’t go on, remember these words: God is always on time!
