Tony and Betsy Luker, who own Jefferson Country Store, will receive statewide and national exposure with a feature on Simply Southern TV.

The show will premiere locally on Saturday, Jan. 27, at 5 a.m. on WSFA-TV 12 out of Montgomery and will be rebroadcast on national cable network RFD-TV on Wednesday, Jan. 31, at 3 p.m. Central time.

“From the second you first see the Jefferson Country Store, it’s obvious this is a unique place serving an unincorporated community in Marengo County,” said Simply Southern co-host Mary Wilson. “There’s a lot of humor in the hand-written signs hanging all over the place, and I really enjoyed my bologna sandwich. You can’t find that in many places anymore! It’s definitely a spot where you can kick back, enjoy good food, visit with others and even play a few card games.”
