DEMOPOLIS – The Demopolis Area Chamber of Commerce wants to make it easier for you to attend one of the most exhilarating experiences you’ll find this side of the Talladega Super Speedway.

On July 17-18, Demopolis will host the second annual River City Rumble, made up of nearly 100 drag-boat races and a whole lot of noise. Last year the Outboard Drag Boat Association brought the races to Demopolis for the first time, and crowd enjoyment couldn’t have been better.

To make things easier (and cheaper) for those who plan to attend, the Chamber of Commerce has decided to pre-sell tickets for the July 17-18 event.

Stop by Parr’s Chevron, Community Bank, Commercial Bank, Robertson Bank, the chamber office or The Demopolis Times and get your ticket.

At the gate, spectators will pay $7 for adults and $4 for children. By buying your tickets early, you’ll pay $6 for adults and $3 for children.
