Judge Eddie Hardaway handed down these following indictments during the latest session of the Greene County Grand Jury from March 29-30.

* Alphonso Little was indicted on three counts of Forgery II and Possession of Forged Instrumental II each.

* Justin Davis was indicted on counts of Theft of Property II, Criminal Mischief II, Criminal Mischief III and Burglary III.

* Michael Armstead was indicted for Felony DUI.

* James Edward Norris was indicted on Sexual Abuse I – Age.

* Michael Braggs was indicted on counts of Burglary III and Assault I.

* Suquanna J. Campbell was indicted for Assault II.

* Cecil Marshall was indicted on counts of Contributing to the Delinquency, Criminal Mischief I and Burglary III.

* Benny L. Robinson was indicted for Assault II.

* Augusta Winters was indicted for Felony DUI.

* Rufus Peebles was indicted for Felony DUI.

* Shawnetta L. Walker was indicted on counts of Criminal Mischief I and Assault II.

* Doris Ghoston was indicted for Assault II.

* Kenneth Charles Butler, Jr. was indicted for Receiving Stolen Property I.

* Richard Stewart was indicted for Forgery III and two counts of Theft of Property II – By Deception.

* Jerry Peebles was indicted for Assault I.

* Oscar Clark was indicted on counts of Assault III and Burglary III.

* Warren M. Gregory was indicted for Criminal Mischief I.

* Michael Merritt was indicted for Theft of Property III.

* Desonka Carter was indicted on counts of Possession of a Firearm with Altered Identification and Possession of Marijuana II.
